Hobart must have the best food in the country. I can't remember eating such delicious and fresh food anywhere else in Australia. Scallops, Scallops, Scallops. The best ones come from Hobart (as do the oysters) so where better to eat them. Go down the the waters edge and buy them from one of the floating takeaways. If you don't believe it's the best food in Australia, I want to know where you dine. |
